Why did I buy powdered milk..let me see.. the protein content was higher the fat was lower, it was shelf stable so I could buy 10 boxes of it and have it for multiple weeks/months. Living in the North,[I did not always have a car-or one that was reliable- what i DID have was a husband who didn't give a sh*t..of course..] I made sure to stock up my pantry by the end of October. No matter what kind of money things happened or weather things happened, I was prepared. My kids would always have milk we would always have dairy to cook with. 🙂 Ground turkey instead of beef? Why was that? Again high protein+ lower fat=healthy kids.😊 But mom, why did you brush our teeth at night instead of letting us do it ourselves? Taking a break from studying, I went in my guest room. I have years of build up in there. Great and not so good memories. Some of which are stored in the form of receipts. According to the faded slips of paper..: I took the kids to the library alot I reloaded Amex and Walmart pay cards instead of using banks. My gypsy lifestyle also included storage units, pay as you go phones, and personal mailboxes.. because, ya know, where I lay my head is home. We ate at The Farm and White Castle when in Wi/Il and could not miss the opportunity to shop at Jewel-Osco, Shopko,or Goodwill. Travis not only bought me a washer a few months after I moved to Denison, he stocked my house with supplies as well as an antenna so Colt n I would not get bored.. (and eventually 2 cars😃!!) Travis bought Colt n I breakfast buffet at Grandys tho he was not hungry. I got the g'kids monthly supplies as well as Subway( Mei Li stopped eating a few times to adjust my eyelashes..another story for a...
